Terramin’s principal, Jim McMenamin, has built an impressive track record during more than 30 years in real estate as both an executive for major public builders and as a representative of institutional investors and private clients. He has been a key player in real-estate transactions throughout Southern California involving thousands of residential units with sales revenue of over one billion dollars.

Before launching Terramin in October 2007, Mr. McMenamin served in a variety of senior executive positions for homebuilding companies, including Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Richland Interests and Kaufman & Broad.

Mr. McMenamin’s network of relationships throughout the real estate industry is unique and exceptional and his service to his clients is unmatched. He spent years working with multiple governmental jurisdictions and agencies as well as coordinating and managing teams of many consulting firms and contractors for a wide array of properties throughout Southern California. He taps into those resources to bring clients unparalleled service and performance.

Terramin’s clients have included banks, institutional investment firms as well as private investment organizations and individuals who seek to “outsource” the review, acquisition, management and/or sale of an asset or portfolio of assets.
