THE NEED:The bank has foreclosed on a 500-acre parcel in the Inland Empire and wants to hold onto it and develop it further as an asset. It needs assistance preparing and executing a business strategy in order to plan, subdivide and improve the property. The client wants experienced and sensible advice and support through this process, all pointed toward creating value and enabling development and/or sale of the property upon achieving the business plan objectives.

WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT:Terramin is the exclusive representative of the client in interfacing with government agencies such as the county, city, school district and water district during the planning review and approval process. We will identify and negotiate opportunities to re-entitle land to reflect changes in market conditions.
